          What is anxiety? Anxiety is a natural human emotion marked by feelings of unease, worry, or dread, often about future events or uncertain outcomes. Have you coached in school or part of any team, Have you volunteered to coach a youth sport team in a recreational league? Either way, team cohesion has a big impact on the success of your  team and you as a coach. What is team cohesion?  Team cohesion refers to the ability of a  group to stick together and  be united to pursue common objectives and satisfaction of member affective needs (Carron, Brawley, & Widmeyer, 1998).
